The MP8000 Bluetooth® Overload Relay offers a sophisticated solution for monitoring and managing electrical motors, particularly through its dedicated MP8000 app accessible via Apple® devices. Users can configure settings, monitor real-time data, and troubleshoot fault codes without the need to physically open the control panel. This feature enhances safety by minimizing exposure to arc flash hazards, as workers can maintain a safe distance while accessing crucial information. With a Bluetooth range of up to 30 feet, operators have the flexibility to monitor equipment from a distance, including from their vehicles in remote applications.

PAIRING
The pairing process is designed to be both safe and secure. Compatibility extends to Apple® iPhone® or iPad® devices running iOS version 7.0 and higher. Each relay features a unique pairing code conveniently printed on its side label.

MP8000 RELAY
This advanced overload relay provides robust protection for motors drawing between 0.5-1,000 full load Amps (with external current transformers necessary for loads above 100 Amps). It is suitable for both single-phase and three-phase systems, supporting operating voltages ranging from 90-690 VAC, with options for external potential transformers to accommodate higher voltage requirements. Typical installations include conveyor systems, HVAC equipment, saws and grinders, fan motors, and various pumping applications.
